Support & Help
Practical answers and direct support for print shops running on InkStage.
Our primary support channel is email. We aim to respond to all workspace, proof workflow, and account inquiries within 24 hours on business days.
What is my Workspace Slug?
Your Workspace Slug (found under Settings → General) is a unique human-readable internal identifier for your print shop workspace. Include it whenever contacting support instead of internal database IDs. Customer proof links use private /p/[token] links rather than your workspace slug.
How do Active Job limits and plan upgrades work right now?
Active job limits measure concurrent open jobs—Completed and Cancelled jobs never count toward your quota. Self-serve paid plan upgrades are not yet enabled; if your shop needs higher active-job or team-seat capacity today, email support with your workspace slug.
How do I request a Data Export, Team Seat Provisioning, or Workspace Deletion?
Organization Owners can request a governed archive export of customers, jobs, proof history, and artwork files—or request additional staff seat provisioning or permanent workspace deletion—by emailing support@inkstage.com from their Owner account email.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your InkStage account.
- Your Workspace Slug and human-readable Job Number (if applicable).
- A clear description of the question, capacity request, or steps to reproduce an issue.
- Never send passwords, raw customer proof links/tokens, signed file URLs, or API keys.
