Terms of Service

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business to create an InkStage account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Accounts are organized into workspaces (Organizations). The individual who creates the Organization is the Owner. Owners are responsible for managing access, roles, and the data within their Organization.

You agree not to use InkStage for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use the platform to distribute malicious software, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behavior. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You (the tenant) are entirely responsible for the customer information, job details, and artwork content you upload to the platform. You must ensure you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and process this artwork.

Your Content: Ownership of the artwork, job data, and customer information you upload remains with you or the respective rightsholder. You grant InkStage a limited license to host and process this data solely to provide the service to you.

Our Platform: InkStage retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, designs, and associated intellectual property.

InkStage offers Free plans subject to usage limits (e.g., maximum concurrent active jobs and seat limits). Reaching a quota prevents the creation of additional constrained resources until usage is reduced or the entitlement is increased; it does not automatically suspend your tenant workspace. Attempting to circumvent these limits is a violation of these terms.

We may suspend your access to the service if you violate these terms or pose a security risk to the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting tenant deletion.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the platform at our discretion.

Exports: Owners may request an export of their organizational data at any time.

Deletion: Owners may initiate a permanent tenant deletion. This process is destructive and irreversible, permanently removing domain data, storage objects, and invalidating public access links.
